5th floor is infested with roaches .. the maintenance men are very lazy . If you walk the hallways it’s like a roach tunnel it’s so horrible especially if your not use to this

Homeless guy enters every night, there is no security at night. No one to contact when elevators don’t work at night. So many guys lives in this appartment without fab/keys always waiting outside for people like us to come and open the door for them includes homeless people. The moment i open door for myself all these homeless guy goes to every floor and look for trash and open doors to steal smthng. I've been here for almost 4 years and I haven't met a single staff member from maintenance to janitorial to office managers, who wasn't polite, respectful, extremely helpful, and always friendly! U would actually venture to say that I feel like the staff here has become sort of a second family to my baby and I. Spacious apartments, great amenities, and close to almost anything you could possibly need. Not to mention, two blocks away from Bourbon Street (if you're about that life, that is. 🤣)

Pipe leaking never repaired. Mold cover up with joint compound never treated with chemicals. Mold and mildew in the a/c. Water leaking through out the building There’s no a/c blowing on any floors doing the summer time. The floors are very and they have the heater on doing winter. They only have a/c in the second floor. Hibernia building apartments a/c blows doing the summer time on every floors. Mold in the a/c unit. Windows cover with mildew. People urinating in the staircase! That’s just for starters!
