Normally I'd give these guys glowing reviews, as they have done right by my grandmother and I since we moved to Westmoreland. However. A couple of months ago I noticed a slight issue with my transmission, figured it might be a little low on fluid. Took it in, and asked them to check it as it's a newer vehicle and the ability to self check/add transmission fluid has been removed from the design of the car. They checked it, said the levels were fine. They failed to tell me the state of my transmission fluid. It can't have been... read more
