I have been with the same company for 10years at one address. Before that the company was called Arrow propane and I was getting my propane for years there until I moved. I have been living in the same trailer in each place. I moved and now they will not deliver my tank because I live in a travel trailer??? Go with Advantage propane! They will deliver a tank ! They also have a five star rating.

Ms. R****** uses vent free heaters as her only source of heat, which were installed by Arrow propane. Unfortunately, the heaters are not code complaint. We brought her a new gas furnace, which is code complaint, but in order for us to service her the vent free heaters need to be removed. She declined. Ms. R****** was advised that due to the vent free heaters being non-compliant and the trailer being unsecured, we could no longer service her account.
Horrible customer service. Nogales branch never answers their phones. If you call their national call center they will email the Nogales branch to have them call you (since they can't get Nogales to answer any of their listed numbers either). If you receive a call back from Nogales, the receptionist will hang up on you several times before getting your name because she apparently doesn't know how to operate an office phone. We ask our customers to contact their local office when the tank is at 20% to 30% for a delivery allowing up to 10 business days. I have been a customer of what is now Amerigas for about 40 years. I have always found the drivers and office staff helpful until the last year. It seems now my calls are not return as promised And the staff has no answers as to why this company is price gouging it's customers. Their prices are $.75 a gallon higher than other local companies and to my amazement my last fill up was $1.24 more. I made the mistake of being on auto fill. Ms. Grainger has chosen not to participate in any of the programs we offer and was subject to the market variances of the cost of fuel. We have had a horrible experience with Amerigas. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They are unable to properly answer phone calls/ call customers back, bill correctly, or follow up with anything. We first got our propane tank installed October of 2015. We received a phone call after installation to take a survey and we told the Rep. we had yet to receive a bill. The Rep. stated its on its way.
