Dr. Graves is a wonderful doctor and a caring person - two things that don’t always overlap. I’ve been going to her for almost 4 years, and I have a lot of trust in her. She makes sure to listen to your concerns and is very thorough in trying to figure out illnesses. She also has a knack for sending you to the best specialists that are similarly thorough with good bedside manner. Horrible experience. Front desk staff were rude. Scheduled my appointment through BSW app and when I arrived I was told they called me the day prior and cancelled my appointment because they no longer are accepting new patients. I booked through app - communicate with me as the customer through app - do not assume you can call and leave a voicemail during my work day and that is sufficient to cancel. Non apologetic to me, my time off work, or their error in communication. Horrible horrible customer/patient experience.
Dr. Graves is a wonderful doctor, very attentive, kind and thoughtful. She was my doctor for nearly 20 years before I moved away. I always felt very listened to, and never felt rushed. Highly recommend.
I just walked out of my first appointment with Dr. Graves. Hands down the best experience with a doctor and office. Dr. Graves listens and really has a great deal of knowledge with a perfect balance of empathy. I would recommend 100%!
I have been coming here for about 4 years. I love Dr Graves, it's unfortunate that you are only as good as your staff. This review is about this facility as a whole. The turnover of the office staff in the 4 years I have been coming here. Baylor must not pay a lot because nobody ever stays.
