I was referred to Dr. Graves following a month long hospital stay from complications of some chronic illnesses. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia by Dr. Graves and in the same breath he told me there wasn't really anything else he could do for me because I was unable to change my antidepressant to Cymbalta. I explained to him that I cannot take it as it has given me suicidal ideations in the past. Dr Graves never bothered reading my old medical records i brought to him. I have been dx with RA ,lupus, and sjogrens for years, along with positive blood tests in the past. When i made a stink about them not contacting me and ordering an MRI for my neck, since my xray showed severe damage, he got all offended, and wrote derogatory stuff in my chart, like I dont have RA, i have degenerative arthritis and fibro, and that i was taking steroids cause i was looking for "euphoria" from them. Dr. Graves and Mrs. Megan NP are outstanding! They are kind and compassionate. Every appointment that I have been to they are willing to listen to my concerns and offer suggestions. The office staff has been just as supportive and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to you or your loved ones if you need a rheumatologist.
