My daughter went there today (May 8, 2026) and was diagnosed with Strep. They promised to call in a prescription to CVS in Franklin. It never got sent. I called Graves Gilbert and CVS and could not speak to a human. Finally CVS verified that it was never sent. But Graves Gilbert stopped responding to my requests. Needless to say, I did not get the medicine. Just thank God it wasn't anything serious, or we would have had to go elsewhere, and see someone else who will actually send a prescription to a pharmacy.
I always love the Franklin office much appreciated. It's clean and the wait times vary but are reasonably maintained
