Again slow she said 1-1 1/2 hour wait which is fine until some women who works in suite 3 Dr. Wesley’s office says she’s not waiting that long then proceeds to unlock and go into dr Wesley’s office and draw up orders and do the stuff to get a prescription faster then us who have to wait.. what a joke. I also took a picture of the lady.
NO CONTINUITY OF CARE. I can't ever get in with my provider. They took on way too many patients. I have been there 6 years. Now I end up at Fast Pace not being able to see anyone. Then when I do get there always want to send me to a specialist. The specialist evens says why couldn't your PCM do this. So, I guess I will have to find another. So sad...
Worst practice hands down. Incompetent doctors especially the dermatologist that comes in from bg on Mondays. Refused to remove cist from my FACE that is inflamed been there 3 YEARS but with my insurance she was "to scared" of scarring when it is already huge scar! The dr(I use term lightly) was in room 3 minutes literally and looked at cist for exactly 2 seconds. I swear on everything. Then said what she said and basically I'm poor my insurance won't cover unless in her medical opinion it isn't safe?! I would say a pus fill... read more
Frequently disgusted by the incompetence that flows through this facility. My primary care has been here since I was 16 and the quality has gotten worse over the years. The medical assistant who took my blood pressure took it twice and wrong because the APRN had to take it again. The APRN also suggested my blood pressure issues were due to drinking energy drinks and I do not consume energy drinks because they make me extremely anxious.
