Nurse practitioner Nancy Cook told me that I don't have lung congestion when I 100% do. I would know.
Always a good experience at this walk-in clinic. Never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Staff have always been friendly across the board and make me feel comfortable. Will continue to use this clinic when needed. Thanks.
This place is absolutely amazing! Very professional from the front desk, to the MAs and the NP who was there was the nicest most knowledgeable Doctor, she answered all my questions and concerns . Will definitely be going back
No idea how much they paid people to leave "good reviews" but either the place has gone downhill recently or the former. Brought my son in due to a bad cough, possible bronchitis. Staff was completely unprofessional. At one point during the visit I could hear a couple of the nurses chatting directly on the other side of the door (I guess their hangout area was there) and they were apparently having a conversation about how eating and drinking stuff from Taco Bell makes her have gas and not long after that she let one rip...l... read more
Went to get a TB skin test and drug test for school. I arrived at 6:01pm.. front desk woman went and asked if it was too late for me to drug test. She comes back at 6:02pm I get told the cut off to drug test is at 6pm. Never offered to even do the TB skin test. But last year when I did a TB skin test I didn’t come here until after 6pm. Absolutely ridiculous. They weren’t even busy.
