Was planning to hire them to have some Knob and Tube replaced in my home. They agreed to do the work and they sent over their rates to me over email so everything had a paper trail. I agreed and we set up a date for them to start the work. The time came and I emailed to confirm and did not get a response. I ended up having to call and was told that the guys were sick and they didn't want to risk anything so it was post poned to the next week. Fair enough. Called them to come give me an estimate. They sent a guy out on February 28th. He took a bunch of notes of what we wanted done. A week later still nothing. I called them, they didn't know who they sent out. Told me they would check into it. A couple of days later still nothing. I called them back. They were still trying to figure it out. I called a few more times. No one has called me back. Went with a different company. Electrical is done and was done within a week of calling new company. Would not recommend Graves. Hired them to install a new drain line in our bathtub and to fix a couple copper elbows in our basement. Told them my wife was not knowledgeable in home repairs as I was going to be out of town, and left very clear instructions on what to and what not to do. Having been in the trades for over 25 years. Yet they still told my wife they needed to make 2 trips to pour drano down my line, wasn't necessary as I told them nor did it work.
