Called them regearing a leak from a vent in the roof. representative came on a Saturday to give an estimate. Very good at explaining what would need to be done. When he left he said he would have an estimate o emailed to me on Monday. Had a similar approach from another roofer with the same way of addressing the issue. and a promise of an estimate by the end of the day.
