EXCELLENCE!! If you need a trusted mechanic these are definitely the guys to take your car to. I’ve had a hard time trusting car mechanics in the past, but these guys know how to be trustworthy and reasonable on pricing. They fixed my problem and made me feel like I could trust them to take it back if I need them again. That means a lot in this day and age of cars thank you so much!!!
Had my class A towed to this shop because my coach had no power to the dash and would not crank. ( The 3rd shop I had to have towed to) The other 2 shops, Freightliner of Birmingham, and Conti services, could not fix the problem and charged me $$$$$$ to basically do nothing for my problem. 15 minutes after arrival Malcomb had my coach running....... After arriving in the Birmingham are we realized one of the wheels was smoking on our travel trailer. Not feeling safe to drive it anywhere we called several mobile RV techs. No one could help us. Then we found Graves and we are so glad we did. From the first conversation with Lyle we had a great experience. They came out the same day and diagnosed the bearings had disintegrated. (lol) This establishment is 'SECOND 2 NONE'....we heard about them about three months ago, and it has been an awesome and learning experience, they worked on our first baby, a Thor Vegas 2018, then we upgraded to a Fleetwood Flair, their attention to detail, customer service, technicians are nothing short of Exceptional!
