I live just live down the street so it is very convenient plus Bob and his wife are always helpful and friendly. He honestly tells you what you need with no pressure and then lets you make the decision on how to proceed. I just called today when the key in the ignition would not work. The steering wheel was locked and Bob gave me free friendly advice as to what to do and it worked. This is why people return to Grave's Auto.
We thank Bob Graves personally for saving us thousands of dollars over the years, helping us get parts we need, fixing things right the first time, providing friendly customer service. Now we can never leave Rochester because of Graves Auto! We would never trust anyone else with our cars!
