All the staff are very friendly. My Optometrist, Andrew is sure to explain what he is doing and is quick to answer any questions so you understand what the examination reveals.
From the moment I arrived to my departure with my new glasses, which I love, I was treated in a kind, friendly but also professional manner. Outstanding all the way!
Dr. Andrew Karklins and the staff at Graverhurst Optometry were very kind and patient. I was pleased with the service, but I was "SHOCKED" when a bottle eyeglass cleaner was not included with my glasses - I spent over $1000.00 ( 2 pairs of glasses )!!!!!! I believe they said it would be an additional $6.95! Not a good way to show appreciation for your business- little things mean alot!☹️
