I have been for years n they always do a great job. I have not had any scheduling problems and I always get reminders for my appointments and allow me to reschedule if something comes up
I've seen Bill for years. The staff has always been helpful and he has always done a great job
The front office staff might as well not exist- some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They NEVER answer their phone and it's pretty much impossible to schedule an appt. The few times I have actually managed to schedule an appt.and gone into the office they completely ignore me when I attempt to schedule an appt. for my next cleaning. I have ended up walking out- I wait so long that I give up. They also messed up my billing on top of that.
