Took in my honda compressor for a repair it took 2 days for a quote for the repair then when I was told it would be done when to pick it up they said the part just got there and would be done by 430 at 430 when I go to get it im told part of the part didnt come in and first time in the morning I get there at 10 am and the part still not there but would be done by the end of the day STILL not done and closed for new yrs. Parts for years at work and my house have been easy peasy, not brought back to get the real deal. My Honda mower from these guys a couple years back has never broke a sweat or caused me to. I did forget one thing, these folks know where the snook are too.
Wonderful friendly staff! Very informative, and helpful. Definitely has that "family owned" feeling.
Parts prices are sky high. I've gotten many from Toro dealer in Nokomis for half the price. Have it in for blade and spindle change. Going on five days and no promise when they'll get to it.
Don't trust this company. My daughter bought a used mower from them. They said it was a good runner and was a 2011 model. It leaked gas in the car on the way home and would not run for more than a minute or two. When I checked the serial number it was a 2004 mower. I took it back wither her and the manager said it was sold as is no warranty and the rules were the rules. I said this was not about warranty. They had misrepresented the mower and it had not even cut one blade of grass and in this case they should forget the rule... read more
Was given one price over the phone but when i arrived to pick up my parts i was over charged over twenty dollars above what was already a high price for the items. Called back the next day to return unused items and was treated very rude on the phone by Catherine and was turned away. Over priced at this place, unethical and unreasonable to deal with.
Unlike previous experiences at lawn & garden centers, and one other lawn mower shop, I was immediately impressed with the knowlege, and helpfulness of the staff at Gravely of Bradenton. Having purchased several pieces of quality equipment for Myself, and other family members from them,and having had ocassion to make use of both the Service Dept. and parts Dept. always with excellent results. I highly recommend Gravely of Bradenton to everyone!
