Customers remember the service a lot longer than they remember the price!!!!! - Unprofessional customer service with undertone of rudeness and annoyance with out of state call. (the call was made due to website being down, orders could not be placed) - After displayed frustration, store representative took the order and requested that the payment had to be done via emailed invoice. - The invoice was never sent.
