Was driving behind one of their trucks on 465 and a rock fell out of their dump trucks and cracked my windshield and was told “in the state of Indiana once the rocks fall out of the truck they are considered a road hazard and we are not liable.” How are you not liable for something that clearly came out of your truck and caused damage to my vehicle? Own up to damage you caused.
I have done multiple projects across the world, and I have worked with multiple teams of hard working people. But this company exceeds all my expectations everyday. Great work handling the tough work guys. 3 generations of innovators simplifying, maximizing, and accelerating the industry. Kudos to you all!
