In 2005, I had a herniated disc. I could not move out of bed, and was transported by ambulance to a local hospital where three doctors all rushed to prescribe surgery. A friend recommended Dr. Grauer. When I asked him to cut me open and fix my back problem, he told me to slow down, and he put me on a prescription treatment. I haven't had trouble since. At 74 now, it is wonderful to be free of back pain. Over the years, I have recommended him to three friends, and they all rave about him.
I had three doctors tell me I needed surgery for several herniated discs in my neck. This guy looks at my MRI report from another Orthopedic surgeon gives me a quick X-ray and then tells me he cannot do surgery because he feels it’s not needed if I only had “neck pain!” I said so you disagree with the MRI report? He said yes! My thought is he didn’t want to get involved in a surgery with me because I had Medicaid for insurance so he wouldn’t get paid what he normally would!
