70/30 Ok, so this place didn't seem to have a lot going on for it at first. It took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged, and it is a small restaurant. Once we were waited on, the experience shifted a bit. The waitress was nice, not too tentative, not too inaccessible. Food was excellent. My thought is that the place was being run poorly and that all of the waitstaff were young and not interested in their work.
Neighborhood Italian-close to home. We have lived in the Spring-Klein area over 30 years and have longed for an Italian restaurant to fill the void since Joe Matranga's closed on Irvington Blvd. Well Gratzi does the job. My wife and I never did eat at Campioni, which I understand, Richard White, previously owned, but I must say, he does know Italian. Fresh food Fresh tasting sauces, friendly staff. Enjoyed this experience, went in with a party of 8 (incl 4 kids) and had great service, great food!
THE BEST Italian FOOD in TOWN! This place has it all! Great food, nice waiters/waitresses, great atmosphere, awesome homemade bread from the head chef and nice music if you can hear it. It is a little noisy at times, but during lunch its a great time to relax and eat great food. Makes me feel like i am in Little Italy! ; ) One time i went there for lunch and dinner on the same day! Just can't keep away from there. Romantic place to take on a date at night too. Did i mention that I love this place!??
Unsatisfactory Do not waste your money or your calorie intake on this bad, unflavored Italian food. Unsatisfying, flavorless, overpriced, dirty, loud Restaurant. It is very Sad since we had hoped for this to be a successful restaurant.

My family took me there last evening for my Birthday dinner and it was delightful. Food delicious, service very good, atmosphere casual and pleasant and we would definitely return and recommend to others.
Lunch specials are a great value. I have never been disappointed with the service. Food is always served hot.
