One of My Favorites I love this place. We lived in Ann Arbor for 5 years and this was a place that we would go to at least twice a month. The food is not your typical Italian food. They have wonderful takes on traditional dishes. My favorite dish was the Veal with Mezzaluna pasta. YUMMY! You have got to try this place!

Best Italian food this side of Piemonte! I love foreign cuisine and have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world including Italy. I have to say that the food at Gratzi is just as good or better than the food I experienced on my travels through Northern Italy. So it is especially nice to have it so close to home! The ambiance is wonderful that I have spent many a visit to Gratzi sitting and chatting with friends and family for hours after our meal had ended! The service is also exemplary. The servers at Gratzi are ... read more

Great Italian. One of my favorite restaurants in Ann Arbor. I fell in love with the delightful ambiance from the first time I stepped foot in the door. Very cozy and authentic Italian. A great place to take a date - don't forget to request the upstairs balcony, very cool view. The staff was very helpful and professional. I'd recommend the Veal Scaloppine or the Yellowfin Tuna. Also, don't forget about Gratzi for lunch, when prices are a bit more affordable. They also have a very generous birthday discount.

Fantastic upscale restaurant Dined at Gratzi multiple times for lunch as well as dinner. Have always been satisfied with service, food and atmosphere. Certainly, food is on the pricey side, but it really is every penny you spend. Service is attentive, prompt, and waiters are extremely knowledgeable. Draft beer is overpriced, but wine selection is better that most other places in Ann Arbor and the prices are very fair. You should definitely finish your meal with the dessert at Dolce Vita which is the dessert cafe owned by Gra... read more

Good food, good atmosphere My husband brought me here for my birthday and we had a great time. It is just upscale enough to feel comfortable dressed up without being over the top. My pesto seafood linguini was good, though I probably wouldn't order it again, but the steak that he ordered was delicious. The service was excellent and when they found out it was my birthday I was given a cannoli dessert on the house and our bill was half off of the entres. Atmosphere was lively enough to be fun while still maintaining the intima... read more

A little overrated Gratzi had good food and nice decor, but was slightly overrated and overpriced. There are good desserts from La Dolce Vita next door, but when I went with another couple one of my friend's chicken was very undercooked. The waiter comped the meal, but still unacceptable for a place like Gratzi. There are violinists walking around and outdoor seating when it's nice out.

Great fine dining I went here for an anniversary and can't wait to go back! All the wait staff that we noticed were very attentative and polite. We didn't have to wait very long to receive our appetizers, the meals, or our bill. The food was outstanding and reasonably priced. It was definitely an unforgettable evening!
