Logon Gratz helped tremendously with the sale of my house. He also was Great at giving me advise on buy my new home even when he wasn't the realtor on it. I had been living in the same home for 45 years, so this whole process was very stressful for me. He led me through the process step by step. When I chose him as the realtor on selling my home a hugh weight was lifted off of my shoulders. I had great confidence in him. He is honest and gives advice along the way. I highly recommend him for buying or selling your property.
