Pick Zach and Chris! They truly went above and beyond to sell our home to a very difficult buyer and over the winter to boot. They have excellent local contacts and were exceptional at lining up contractors to get all the things done (tree removal, water filter, radon etc). We’ve bought or sold eight houses and these guys are the absolute best.
