I have been with Grattan home health care since February 2001 and Im grateful for the opportunity to work with so many amazing clients in such a remote area,the office personnel are very helpful and informative when I've had any questions I've had over the years and continue to be supportive in these uncertain times they are up on all the new regulations and reassure all of thier employees are informed so us employees can inform out clients through these times to provide the Best direct care possible to our clients.
I have worked for Grattan for the last three years as an RN in home health care. I have always felt very supported by admin whenever I’ve had questions in house. They were always just a phone call away. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a job in healthcare to work at Grattan.

Excellent place to work. Supervisors and staff are easily accessible if one has questions. Employees are treated with value and consideration; nice incentives offered. Work environment is much less chaotic than hospital though pace remains the same.
