Great customer service
Excellent company. I worked for them in total for about 6 years. The owners from the founder to the two new owners are firm believers in "if you take care of your employees, they'll take care of your customers." If you're reading this looking to potentially work here, do it. Pay is excellent, benefits are excellent and the perks are pretty damn nice.
Went in to get a small grade for water feature I'm making. Said they only meet by appointment because it takes too much of their time. Will try to go elsewhere to get with what I need. Not willing to help.
