Keep going up on the rent, the place is full of roaches, if there's any maintenance issues like Ac issued landlord takes literal months to do anything about it. IF he does anything at all! Refuses to return deposit and is disrespectful. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!
The landlord is a racist, does nothing about the roach infestation, and is extremely rude as is his wife!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! REFUSE TO GIVE DEPOSIT BACK AS WELL!!!
If you don't mind living with roaches all over your apartment, then please go ahead and stay in this place. If you don't mind never receiving your deposit back after your lease expires and you decide to move out, then please go ahead and come to Gratigny apartments.
