I was in a very dark place when I made my appointment with Gratia Plena. My first appointment was two hours and I talked almost the whole time Christina was very comforting. She understood me and said she could help me. She was so pleasant. We made such a connection. She showed me such insight. I could see how differently I could look at my problems. First visit I arrived about 20 minutes before my appointment in the evening and walked all around the building trying to get inside and it's completely locked. Calling the number and speaking to the person who answered was unhelpful. I was finally let into building by someone inside exiting the door. Once inside the office, the a/c was completely off during a hot day and evening. I was kept waiting until 30 minutes after my appointment.
