Paid $350 cash to have Rick patch and paint a hole in my house way up on the third floor. He did the first part but refused to come back out and finish the job. Never offered to return any of the money. Never pay cash up front to this business (or anyone) until the job is done. Thanks Rick, you taught me a good lesson. Ended up paying another guy several hundred to finish the job.

He did a great job was nice and friendly and arrived on time to quote and compete the job.
