My dog has had chronic skin issues for years. I had exhausted what I thought to be every option through multiple vet clinics. This is the one clinic that was able to address my dog’s allergies with a solution that is effective; she hasn’t had any skin issues in over 5 months.
Dr. Felton has been caring for my cats for almost 20 years! When she moved from the vet clinic nearest our home to open Grateful Heart, there was no hesitation in following her. She goes above and beyond to ensure the highest level of care for pets (and their humans). We love Grateful Heart! We’ve been taking both of our bulldogs to Dr. Pavlich and she is incredible. You can really feel how much she cares and she always takes extra time to really explain things to us. It can feel expensive, but I truly feel like the care we receive there is totally worth every penny. I cannot recommend Dr Pavlich enough to other Bulldog parents! They need special care, and she’s the best at providing it.
I’ve been bringing my sweet dog Lulu to Grateful Heart for almost a decade. She’s been fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Felton and Dr. Sarah. This is such a special clinic that’s run by a caring team who truly, and empathetically, go to great lengths to ensure your pet has a smooth experience.
