Such a great vet! We've taken our cat here for several years, and recently got a new puppy who just did intake this week. The overwhelming sense I have is that the staff genuinely care about the animals and the humans they're working with. I never feel like I'm being rushed-in fact, being there is almost regulating because everyone is so tuned in to care. My dog has had chronic skin issues for years. I had exhausted what I thought to be every option through multiple vet clinics. This is the one clinic that was able to address my dog’s allergies with a solution that is effective; she hasn’t had any skin issues in over 5 months.
Dr. Felton has been caring for my cats for almost 20 years! When she moved from the vet clinic nearest our home to open Grateful Heart, there was no hesitation in following her. She goes above and beyond to ensure the highest level of care for pets (and their humans). We have seen other veterinarians at Grateful Heart for time-sensitive issues when Dr. Felton is not available, and have had good experiences as well.
