Visited Cassidy a few times, and she cleaned up a series of bad haircuts, making it look much better. Then, without any communication of any kind, I was blocked from making future appointments. I have no idea why. For someone who says, "if I have a problem, you will know it", she said absolutely nothing to me. Very disappointing behavior.
