I came in for a haircut on 12/16. I showed the stylist the picture attached as a reference for how I wanted my hair to look. I specifically reiterated multiple times that I wanted my bangs to be cut at an angle so they would fall to the side, and that I wanted short feathery layers on top. As you can see, despite me clearly telling them I did not want straight bangs, that is what they gave me. They were also cut extremely unevenly and choppy.
