This little closet produces the Best subs and sandwiches in the Valley!!
I just want to say that the sandwiches here, specifically the Mexicali Chicken Panini, were absolutely amazing. We came to Aspen on a trip in July, and it is now August, yet I am STILL thinking about how unbelievably delicious that sandwich was. My entire family had barely eaten anything that day, and we came in about an hour before closing. Fantastic! Go early to get limited outside seating. Quality lunch option. Wasn't crazy pricing like some of the other lunch places. Would definitely go back!
