I purchased one of their grates and fireback in December 2012. It's wonderful! I start the fire exactly as instructed and toss one or two logs on per hour after the ember bed gets going. No poking, rearranging of logs, excessive tending, etc. The only time I poke around on the fire is when it's just about out and I'm trying to hurry it along so the embers cool so I can shut the flue before I go to bed. We replaced our traditional grate with a Grate Wall of Fire. The new grate / back wall throws off at least twice as much heat. Excellent product!
Purchased the M-7 grate 3 years ago, added the RF-7 this year. Noticeable increase of heat output with reflective fire-back. Great product, virtually indestructable, glad I made the purchase. I burn 3-4 cords of wood per season, It's seen some use and am very happy.

Awesome find! Owned my home for 8 years used the fireplace 2-3 times, too much smoke and smoke smell so I stopped using it. Came across your product and with the 30 day guarantee I had nothing to lose. I purchased the S5 grate and reflective back. Used it this past Saturday and I must say AMAZING.
