We moved away and this is a go to spot when we return to visit. Visited today and as usual, the food and drinks were excellent
I honestly don’t understand how The Grata is still open with the number of horrible reviews—and shame on us for not reading them beforehand. I hadn’t been here in years and remembered it being great, so we came after a bridal shower to celebrate a friend. I will say the drinks were good—no complaints there. Unfortunately, everything else went downhill fast. Both pizzas came out completely undercooked—raw dough, barely any sauce, and just piled with cheese with almost no toppings. It was inedible. Drink was great. Waitress had an attitude from the very get go. Seemed annoyed we were there. Then our pizza came out without any sauce at all and doughy not cooked. When we complained we were told there is no refunds on food. One of the people with me told her they didn’t want to pay for it and she didn’t eat it. The waitress then told us “You realize I have to pay for that at the end of the night.” We then responded shocked like what? and she said yes I’ve had to do it before.
