place sucks!!!!!! i drove 45 mins to get there to pick up my sisters dog on sunday and then to find out they only work one hour on sunday at 5 that is crazy .. people got stuff to do grassy creek ,, you guys dont care enough about the animals or the owners . you guys suck... get better employees to..verrrrry rudeee.. halfff star
Horrible place to leave your pet. I left my dog there while on vacation and when I picked him up he had 3 nasty cuts on his nose and a chunk of hair missing from his tail. Not one employee notified me of this I discovered it myself. He's also had stomach issues and has been very skittish since we picked him up from that facility. None of this was an issue prior to his stay here. The staff is incompetent and has no compassion. They refuse to rectify the situation they caused to my do. I leave my pups at grassy creek all the time. They are great. Large play area. Always come back Tired!!
I have been taking my 2 dogs to Grassy Creek Kennels for some time now for Doggie daycare and I am so glad that I did! My dogs were about 7 months old at the time and needed to be socialized with other dogs and to burn off some excess energy. The dogs LOVE going to daycare because they get to play, as a matter of fact, start jumping & barking in the car when I turn onto Sayre Dr. because they know its a play day. Kennel was not acceptable for dogs. No shade or trees in outside area. Looks like an office with dog cages behind doors. Won't use again.
