Geoff has a good understanding of the market, and offered solid advice on pricing. The photos and link to my listing were so well done! Selling a home can be overwhelming, and there were a few minor details that concerned me, but Geoff was reassuring through the process to keep me calm and confident every step of the way. In the end, my home sold quickly and I would recommend Geoff to anyone looking to sell their home in the Bow Valley!
We have dealt with Geoff on a number of deals in the last couple years and our daughter has as well. Geoff is wonderful to work with and has most recently helped us buy our dream property in Canmore. He is always available when we need him, answers all our questions (even when we ask the same one more than once), he is very personable and knows his stuff!!
