Geoff helped us purchase a condominium co-op in Banff recently. Working with him was a terrific experience. Geoff is knowledgeable, responsive and good humoured. He helped us with all aspects of the transaction, which was invaluable as we are from Ontario and completely unfamiliar with purchasing property in Banff. Geoff at Hilhorst/Grassroots Realty is nothing short of top shelf, from start to finsh he went above and beyond for us. His friendly laid-back demeanor to his indepth market research, willingness to always have our backs and steer us in the right direction made the entire experience.
