Byron was super knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could understand.
We’ve used Grassroots plumbing several times and have always had excellent experiences. Today our hot water heater wasn’t working and Nikolas came out to help. He took his time with the diagnostics and had us back up and running. So grateful for their services

Great response time in an emergency. Could not have asked for a a better experience. The professionalism and willingness to answer questions. Furthermore, it was a pleasure to speak with two very respectfull and polite young men, Dylan and Mason.
Nicholas and Taylor have done some fantastic work at our 1929 house here in Druid Hills. The pipes were old and some needed replacing necessitating cutting through a thick wall in our dining room and about a foot of concrete in the basement. They were professional, exceptionally neat and careful, and a joy to work with. They also fixed a stopped up sink and a broken water heater, so we were happy they do smaller jobs as well as the major ones. I cannot recommend Grassroots Plumbing highly enough!
