Excellent experience from start to finish. They were able to schedule me for the very next day, arrived right on time, and had everything fixed within a couple of hours. The technicians were friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the repair. I really appreciated the great service and would definitely use them again.
Once again, Nicholas has been to our home a few times for different reasons. He installed a reverse osmosis system, and was here more recently to replace some stem valves. He is a joy to have in our home, and has become a part of our family. Very skilled, and just an incredibly nice guy. Thanks again Nicholas, and to Grassroots for being an honest and well run company. Grassroots forever!
