I have used Grassroots Plumbing a couple times. The first time was for a shower and sink hardware install with a switch from Moen to another brand. Most recently they installed a new garbage disposal after our current one stopped working. They are friendly, fair, and honest. They do exactly what they say they’ll do, show up on time, and stay until the job is done right. Their office staff is also fantastic. I’ll use them for any plumbing needs I have in the future. Highly recommend!
Great experience with Grassroots plumbing! Knowledgeable technician who was calmly teaching a new employee in the same time as doing the work needed to clear out our floor drain in our bakery. Clean (yes!) plumbers that covered the floor where they were working with a tarp so no splash would go on the floor or elsewhere. I noticed the equipment they were working with were clean and not dirty. The technician provided some solutions for the issue not to come back as often. Highly recommended!
We recently had Grassroots plumbing out to our home to repair a burst pipe in our basement. Matthew did a super job. He was very personable and friendly, and an extremely tidy and efficient worker. He left the neatest incision in the drywall as he replaced the broken pipe and wrote up a very thorough report for our insurance company.
Simply the best! I’ve used Grassroots for my business and my home. Wouldn’t call anyone else. They are prompt, extremely knowledgeable, never pushy, always efficient and effective. I can’t say enough about how satisfied and pleased I have been with their work in both a large commercial campus and in my personal residence.
Caleb replaced my old kitchen faucet, added a beverage dispenser, and replaced the drains to match. He also replaced a drain in a pedestal sink. Based on the original construction, some complications arose. Caleb handled them all and was professional and personable. Some parts had to be ordered, and he returned after they arrived to complete the tasks.
