As much as I don’t like high cost these days. It is what it is. Grassroot Plumbing did a great job in replacing my toilet. They were quick to come do the work. Left my bathroom clean. Service Expert, Nikolas Bartok, from Grassroots Plumbing was very professional and polite!
Excellent experience! Matthew and Joseph came to my house to give me a quote on a couple of toilets I was looking to replace and it was such a nice experience. They were super personable, thoughtful, took the time to explain things and teach me some concepts I wasn't aware of. They offered to look at a few other things in my house while they were here. OMG! These guys are the best! Excellent response time and so easy to work with. My technician, Matthew, was professional, polite, clean and friendly. I was having a bad smell coming from my ejection pump and they did a great job of replacing the lid, gaskets and the actual pump. They went beyond my expectations. I will definitely call them in the future for all my plumbing needs.
A+++ Professionalism 100 percent. Did a thorough overview of our entire system. Provided an analysis of strengths and weaknesses. Presentation of a membership to provide on going maintenance! I can't say enough positive remarks!
