I believe the Grasso family too be very friendly, I've always been treated with respect and kindness. I bought a car from them over a year ago and I love the car, I've had to bring it in three times since but, it is a 2002 car. I trust them working on my car and will bring it back if anything else goes wrong. Rory
Horrible customer service. First person who picks up the call is laughing with others as im trying to get information and then gives the phone to the owner is is rude and instead of giving me the information I need he hangs up on me. Talk about owning a business and lack of customer service. two dumbs down
