I'll start by saying the food is very good. HOWEVER, if I'm going to spend $20 on breakfast, cup of coffee and tip for 1 person, I shouldn't be eating off of plastic takeout trays. The first time this happened, I thought maybe their dishwasher broke. Now, after the second time, I realize it's their standard practice. Really bad impression.
Excellent atmosphere and wonderful food and service.
Excellent find! Our server, Ella, was warm, informative and super sweet! Veggie burger and chicken sandwich were outstanding. Love they serve organic foods. Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Will be back next time we visit West Bend!
Food was okay. Understaffed. Only one waitress for the entire restaurant and bar area. I felt sorry for the poor soul.
I used to love this place, but they recently went to having no waitress and serving food on disposable plastic plates. Fifteen dollars for a taco, I don't want to feel like I am in a cafeteria. Food is great tho.
We have always enjoyed our dining experience at the Grasshopper. The wait staff are kind and attentive to our needs. Stephanie always greets us with a smile and positive attitude. We wish the hours were longer so we could come in the evening but truly understand the reason why �
The service is unparalleled at this establishment! The waitstaff is polite, courteous, and eager to please. The owner Steph and Haley in the kitchen have a knack for creating unique and delicious dishes each and every day. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.
