The technicians were outstanding. I thought the type of water heater was over and above. For the price, it served Grasshopper more than myself . The energy follow-up left deficiencies. Unfortunately , the price paid for two items, only served Grasshopper. They are outstanding products. I question the RIO. There were other things that could have been done . Not one of the deficiencies were addressed nor responded to me by Grasshopper in the end.

Saif was outstanding and very thorough. He answered all my questions and I’m feeling more confident in incorporating energy efficiency modifications to our home’s pending renovation project plans.
Grasshopper came to do an estimate for cleaning ducts and installing a UV light system to clean what comes out of the furnace-AC system. The technician was knowledgeable, took pictures of duct for evaluation, show me where problems are, explain items that we need to look into and he did not try to oversell me anything like a previous company had tried to do. Much appreciated the service and evaluation.
