Just had Grasshopper here do my fall furnace check and everything was good The gentleman were prompt, efficient, and very friendly. I would have them again here anytime for any work whatever needed.

I scheduled an appointment for a furnace tuneup over a month ago. Today 2 hours before my appointment Grasshopper called to cancel the appointment due to a tech calling in sick. They offered an appointment in December, my wife took the day to wait for these clowns to arrive. This is unacceptable, you lost a customer today. Update: Last night I contacted the owner via text, she responded by setting up an appointment for my service this Sunday morning. I will report back when my service is complete.
