Had Grasshopper service our furnace. Very p presentable personnel BUT very aggressive sales tactics. Recommended replacement of parts & even suggested we replace our furnace which is only 10 yrs old. Brought in another Company to get another opinion. They claim our furnace is in good condition & would not recommend any repairs or replacement of parts. I would NOT recommend this company. Buyer beware!
