Grasshopper Service Technician, Tyler arrived on time, very polite, knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. We had been with Family Danz since 2013-14 to service our furnace & A/C every year paying around $230. This year they jacked the price up to well over $300+ and offered NO discount or reason.
