I’m an owner with a vacation rental in Carpinteria, Calif. Linda has been wonderful. Has taken the stress out of managing my home. Her fees are very fair and her work is tireless. I don’t do anything but take the monthly rent. Very different from my two previous managers who I had to problem solve everything.
I have known Linda for many years - long ago, she made my landing in Santa Barbara extremely easy! I'd been back East for twenty years, found I missed California terribly, and decided to return. She made it happen - she got me an exquisite place to live. She is always kind, always cordial, always diligent. I highly recommend her --

Linda is great I used her as a leasing agent. She immediately.took professional photos and wore and posted on CL. The next day I had a qualified. Renter. I can’t think Linda enough.
