*** Update: After owner's defensive response, I continue to stand by my original review. Also, my name is not David. I wish I could recommend this company. We’ve had to discontinue our service with them. Simply put, they don’t do the job that you pay them to do. Here are a few examples: 1. Requested not to spray weed killer. They showed up and sprayed weed klller. 2. Paid for service to remove weeds In Yard and flower beds. They removed some Of weeds. However, we had several weeds left over.. 3. ! CONSUMER BEWARE ! (Check YELP for more) Got up sold to the TLC package with all the extras and agreed to pay approximately $350/month (with a $25 fuel charge???) in early 2024 and here’s what my grass looks like after 6+ months of service AND A re-sodding project. They were simply “mowing blowing & going” and I had to call the office MANY times to request more attention to the details that were agreed to in our contract . Unfortunately, Grassworks seems more focused on speed of service rather than quality. We've experienced a large number of issues with service quality we tolerated mostly for the convenience of not having to switch providers (e.g. leaf blowing mulch out of beds, damage to plants, landscaping lights disconnected/adjusted, strangely trimmed shrubs).
