I was there for almost 11 years there was a horrible rat infestation and they destroyed irreplaceable items in my storage such as artwork my kids did in middle school that I really was devastated to find chewed to bits. I was never compensated or offered any kind of discount for all the damage done because of the rats and my only option was to move into a different unit that was sealed for a prorated amount.
