I really want to love this place, but I made an appointment with them, came on time, and still waited over 40 minutes to get started. I originally was a walk-in, but they suggested an appointment and said “1pm would be better” which is the whole reason I agreed, left, and came back later in the day for my scheduled appointment. It just takes a huge chunk out of the day, I wish they’d book appointments out other days if they are super booked one day. I’d appreciate the honesty.

My favorite place to get my nails done. Very relaxing and they do an amazing job. I always ask for Kim if she's available.
