Dan was amazing, gave us a considerable amount of his time. We were having truck troubles while traveling. He diagnosed our issues, and gave advice on how to limp home without causing further damage. (Running out of time) As travelers we’ve been upsold or miss diagnosed spending thousands and sent on our way only to have the same problem. Everyone was friendly & helpful, the shop was clean and organized. Never once did we feel concerned with their honesty! Can’t recommend enough!

Stopped by to get "1st come, first serve" oil change. Person who says he's the manager was busy doing nothing and said he and 2nd person also sitting doing nothing, were on lunch break. No other customers. Business hours sign says "Open 800 -500". No lunch closure. Guy told me I could come back at 430. I had phoned several days earlier and asked about getting oiI change and was told it was first come first serve. Lazy, rude, disinterested in working. Successfully just lost my ongoing business. Amazing service and great cost! Saved my butt on a trip out west and will be my go to service if I ever need it in winnamucca again!
