I've had an amazing 25 years of exceptional service from GVAC. I trust the team to work for my satisfaction and comfort explicitly and am always charged a very fare service fee. I love my 25 year old gas furnace I bought from them, and then added electric splitters for my business needs. I can always count on the GVAC to be available for yearly maintenence and the few service calls that were needed (I think there were 2 total). The Team was professional and courteous. The estimator who came out was thorough and respectful. The installation team kept the Jobsite safe and clean of debris. The Lennox System is awesome. We started saving $100 - $200 a month on Pg&e. Well worth the investment. Thank You!

Absolutely do not recommend Grass Valley Air Conditioning. Update: Thank you for your response, but it contains several inaccuracies and omits key facts: 1. No Call, No Consent: I was explicitly told by your staff that I would receive a call before any work beyond the $90 diagnostic was performed. That call never came. You performed and charged for services without my authorization, which violates what was agreed to during scheduling. 2.
