The Team was professional and courteous. The estimator who came out was thorough and respectful. The installation team kept the Jobsite safe and clean of debris. The Lennox System is awesome. We started saving $100 - $200 a month on Pg&e. Well worth the investment. Thank You!

Absolutely do not recommend Grass Valley Air Conditioning. Update: Thank you for your response, but it contains several inaccuracies and omits key facts: 1. No Call, No Consent: I was explicitly told by your staff that I would receive a call before any work beyond the $90 diagnostic was performed. That call never came. You performed and charged for services without my authorization, which violates what was agreed to during scheduling. 2. Absolutely do not recommend Grass Valley Air Conditioning. I talked to Cory and scheduled a $90 diagnostic for my rental property and was assured I’d be contacted before any additional work. They broke that verbal contract. The technician arrived without calling, performed unauthorized work, and charged my credit card $229 without my consent.
