Great service, friendly staff. After a few cuts at other places (still fairly new to the area) it was awesome that Carla allowed me to talk through what I was looking for. Thanks Carla. Till recently I had the same stylist for over 20 years in another state and have been having a hard time switching. Update, Carla is no longer at Grass Roots however Abigail picked up where Carla left off thank goodness. Thank you Abigail, I appreciate you!
I've not been to this salon (or many salons) before today, but wow, I may have to come back. Abigail did the most AMAZING job on my hair. Super sweet, an amazing conversationalist, and made my hair look even better than my reference pictures! Staff were also super nice and incredibly welcoming!
Abigail is the best. Love going there. Nice small very clean salon. Great service and great conversation. Can't recommend any higher. You won't be disappointed.
