Grassroots serviced our property for 20 years. This year they told me bluntly (after I called) they will no longer be cutting my lawn, doing a spring cleaning up or fall leaf removal because I am not a "full" service customer. No letter was sent and no one called previously. They are completely unprofessional and lacking in customer service.
