Janine was horrible. Took 7 days to get a call back. We were over qualified for the property and said that our income of 200k/yr doesn’t meet the standard Bc there was 1 late payment on a credit report 5 years ago. I don’t leave bad reviews but this is some bad business. I paid $80 dollars for them to call me and berate me. Considering calling a lawyer I have the money and time. Don’t ever use this company as property management.
