Lauren is incessantly joyful, friendly, enthusiastic about life, and honestly, it's a delight to come see her periodically. On a more relevant note, she's a fantastic masseuse - thorough and willing to go to war with your tired, unhappy muscles. I put my body through quite a bit of strain, and it's great having her hit that reset button now and then. Five stars.
